Abstract Information

The 37th International Symposium on Application of Computers and Operations Research in the Mineral Industry (APCOM 2015) is seeking papers from the U.S. and the international APCOM community for presentation at the Symposium. The technical program of this symposium would be a balanced of traditional areas of exploration, including geostatistics, mine design, production planning, investment analysis, artificial intelligence simulation, mine automation, rock mechanics, mineral processing, and data management systems. All are designed to facilitate and promote application of computers and operations research in the mineral industry


Don’t miss the opportunity to share experiences and be part of APCOM 2015. Interested professionals are invited to submit a 200-300 word abstract in English by August 31, 2014. Abstracts should be uploaded using the Abstract Submission form.


Abstracts should include full contact details of the corresponding author and clearly state the objectives and the obtained results. All abstracts must be submitted in strict accordance with the Abstract Guide found below.

If the submitted abstract is approved, a complete manuscript should be submitted by January 15, 2015. The approval of the abstract does not guarantee the final acceptance of the final abstract and the presentation
